![]() so it's june and the semester's coming to an end. i'll be quite relieved when it ends, even though this is the first sem i feel some sense of ease around the locals. there's an interpol gig coming up and it's on the night of the last day of my exams, which is probably a sign that i should go. it's around 50 dollars. we shall see. ah i just checked interpol's site, the show is reported to be sold out. there goes my thing to look forward to. the gods never fail to toy with me. ![]() speaking of toying with me, this car has a daily routine of having it's alarm go off for no apparent reason at all. some days, it happens twice. it's been happening for more than a week. and the beautiful thing is that it's parked directly across my place, like maybe 15 metres away. i have fought urges to open my balcony door and yell or brick the vehicle (i think i'm capable of projecting one over 15 metres) or go down and put a notice on the car (something to the effect of "please fix your alarm you cheebye kia, thanks"). i'm pretty sure the locals don't appreciate it much either seeing how they value their ps and qs.
